Cancellations

• Before Work Begins
Clients may cancel a project before work has commenced In such cases, a full refund of any upfront payment (if applicable) will be issued
• After Work Has Started
Once the project has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed
• Monthly/Subscription Services (SEO, Social Media, PPC)
• Clients must provide at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel recurring services
• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered in the current billing cycle

Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances
• Duplicate or accidental payments
• Services not delivered due to fault on our end
• Failure to start a project after full payment was received

Refunds will not be issued for

• Change of mind after service has commenced
• Delays caused by client-side issues (e g lack of content, approvals, or information)
• Performance-based dissatisfaction (SEO and marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control)

Custom Projects

For website design, branding, or other one-time projects
• An initial deposit (non-refundable) may be required to begin work
• Balance payments must be cleared as per the agreed contract
• If the project is terminated mid-way by the client, partial refunds will be assessed case by case

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used
